10월의 곡성 동화정원은 10만평 꽃밭에 수천만 송이의 백일홍이 꽃잎을 터트린다.
무대는 따로 있지 않고 꽃밭속 곳곳이 무대가 되고, 바람이 음악이 되며, 관객과 예술가의 경계는 사라진다.
동화속 세상이 현실로 피어나는 시간이며
어린이와 가족들이 함께 걷고, 함께 느끼며, 함께 상상의 이야기를 꽃피우는 ‘살아숨쉬는 이야기책’으로 펼쳐진다.
음악, 무용, 마임, 퍼포먼스, 저글링, 마술 등 전문 예술가와 지역 예술동호회, 주민과 관객이 함께 어우러지는 이 프로젝트는
꽃밭에 사는 모든 생물과 연결하는 예술가들 저마다의 표현 속에서 어린이들의 순수한 마음처럼 모두는 '동화 속 주인공'을 발견하게 된다.
서로의 동심을 만나고, 잊고 있던 마음속 동화 한 페이지를 꺼내는 시간이다.
꽃이 피는 곳에 예술이 피어나고,
예술이 피어나는 곳에 마법 같은 동화가 살아난다.
In October, the Gokseong Fairy Tale Garden blooms with tens of millions of zinnias across its 100,000-pyeong flower fields.
There is no separate stage—every corner of the garden becomes a stage, the wind becomes music, and the boundaries between audience and artist disappear.
It is a time when the world of fairy tales blooms into reality. Children and families walk together, feel together, and let their imagination blossom in this “living storybook.”
Professional artists—music, dance, mime, performance, juggling, and magic—come together with local art clubs, residents, and audiences. Through each artist’s expression, connecting with all the creatures of the flower fields, everyone discovers their own “hero in a fairy tale,” just like a child’s pure heart. It is a moment to meet one another’s childhood and open a forgotten page of imagination.
