숲에서는 음악이 시작되기 전부터 이미 음악이 흐르고 있다.

바람이 흔드는 나뭇잎 소리, 새의 울음, 작은 생명들의 움직임과 사람의 숨소리까지.

〈산소 콘서트〉는 숲이 품고 있는 원초성의 소리에 산소처럼 스며드는 공명의 예술무대이다.

숲 자체가 이미 품고 있는 자연의 소리가 모든 것을 조화롭게 이끌어간다.

옥과 묵은숲의 숲 자체가 소리와 빛, 움직임으로 작품에 참여하는 생태예술 프로그램.

바람, 새, 나뭇잎 소리 등 숲이 빚어내는 자연의 음향과 어쿠스틱 연주, 싱잉볼, 바라춤, 성악 등의 예술적 파장이 서로 어우러지며 하나의 유기적인 풍경을 형상화한다.

이 프로그램은 기후위기 시대에 숲을 인간의 감각과 정서를 회복시키는 존재이자 창작의 동반자로 인식하고자 한다. 관객은 숲의 소리와 공기, 빛과 움직임에 몸을 맡기며 자연과 자신의 감각을 새롭게 인식하게 된다.

〈산소 콘서트〉는 곡성의 청정 숲 자원과 동시대 예술을 결합하여, 인간과 자연 사이의 공존과 치유의 가능성을 감각적으로 탐색하는 생태예술의 현장이다.

An ecological arts program in which the forest of Mukeun Forest in Okwa becomes an active part of the work itself through sound, light, and movement.

The natural sounds created by the forest—the wind, birdsong, and rustling leaves—interweave with the artistic resonances of acoustic music, singing bowls, Bara dance, and vocal performance, forming a single organic landscape.

In an age of climate crisis, the program invites us to recognize the forest as both a presence that restores human senses and emotions and a creative companion. Audiences surrender themselves to the sounds, air, light, and movement of the forest, rediscovering both nature and their own sensory awareness.

Oxygen Concert brings together Gokseong’s pristine forest environment and contemporary art, creating a living site of ecological art that explores, through the senses, the possibilities of coexistence and healing between humans and nature.
